Kevin Chen · Founder & General Manager

Kevin Chen founded Jimei Acrylic in 1997 with a single laser cutting machine and a belief that Chinese manufacturing could meet the world's highest standards. Growing up in Foshan — China's manufacturing heartland — Kevin developed an early passion for materials and craftsmanship. After years working on factory floors across Guangdong, he saw a gap in the market: brands worldwide needed premium custom acrylic products, but couldn't find a supplier who combined quality, flexibility and reliable communication. So he built one. 27 years later, Jimei has grown from a small workshop into a 20,000㎡ facility serving clients in 50+ countries — from independent anime creators in Japan to Fortune 500 brands across Europe and the USA.

Kevin's philosophy is simple: "Every product we ship carries our name. That's reason enough to make it perfect." Today, Kevin leads a team of 200+ skilled technicians and designers, personally overseeing quality standards and client relationships that have spanned decades.
